The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our end‑to‑end hiring process.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, clear communication, and keeping processes running efficiently. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a central role in delivering a smooth, positive recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
What you will do
Candidate Management & Experience
* Act as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Schedule interviews (virtual and onsite) across multiple time zones and locations.
* Keep candidates informed with timely, professional communication.
* Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in the ATS.
Recruitment Process Support
* Post job adverts across internal platforms, job boards, and social channels.
* Coordinate
* Offer letters and contracts
* Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and role profiles.
* Assist with recruitment events, careers fairs, and employer‑branding activities.
Operational & Administrative Duties
* Monitor applications and shortlist against defined criteria.
* Prepare interview packs, recruitment dashboards, and hiring metrics reports.
* Support process improvements across the Talent Acquisition function.
* Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and collaborate with the people team for a smooth offer‑to‑onboarding transition.
What you'll bring:
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
* Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar role.
* Experience supporting hiring & screening of technical roles
* Experience using an ATS or HR system (e.g., Bob Hiring, Workday, Greenhouse).
