Working for a market leading travel brand, the Head of Digital Marketing will lead both b2c and b2b digital marketing strategy for the UK and international markets. You’ll lead and grow a team of managers and channel specialists across paid search, SEO, paid social and display, while managing an 8-figure marketing budget.
The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of all digital marketing activities
* Maximising ROI on paid media spend across paid search, paid social and display
* Driving best practice in SEO
* Developing technical and people capabilities required of a best-in-class digital acquisition function
* Developing, coaching and managing a high-performing team
* Management of a marketing budget in excess of £40m
* Providing regular reporting against key performance metrics
The Head of Digital Marketing will have:
* Strong performance marketing experience, particularly paid search
* Good understanding of SEO
* People management experience
* Proven results in growth marketing and customer acquisition
* Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset
* Great communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong preference for travel or hospitality, but retail eCommerce could also work
* Candidates could come from roles like Head of Performance Marketing, Head of Paid Media, Head of Acquisition, etc.
