We are looking to recruit a Project Engineer to join our established Engineering & Production Team. Training will be given to the successful candidate; however, they should already have a good understanding of sheet metal production, CAD drawings and models, Microsoft Excel & Word and a certain level of practical experiences would be preferred.
Frenger Systems in-house design, test and manufacturer bespoke HVAC products and solutions for a wide range of different Clientele. The successful candidate will primarily be supporting the sheet-metalwork production side of our manufacturing facility based on Pride Park in Derby. Key Aspects of the role, which will be split between 'factory' and 'office' based duties include:-
* Booking in / out stock
* Checking first off components against drawings
* Produce production documents (pick lists, job sheets etc…).
* Dealing with supplier orders
* Project technical drawings
Working hours are Mon to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
£27k to £31k per year subject to experience
Ideally the successful candidate will have:-
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with all levels of the organisation.
* The ability to work closely with others both in the factory and office.
* Some previous experience within a professional engineering environment.
* Have a keen eye for detail and quality.
* The ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with good time keeping, attendance, attitude, problem solving and willingness to learn.
