Job Description Summary:
Nadara is expanding its Project Management team and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join. The Project Manager will oversee projects from Final Investment Decision (FID) to Commercial Operation Date (COD) within our renewable onshore pipeline, including wind, PV, and storage projects. Responsibilities include managing schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead project management activities for various renewable energy projects from late development through FID and COD.
* Ensure projects reach FID, Ready To Build (RtB), and COD on time and within budget, adhering to FID approval.
* Achieve project objectives and maximize project value.
* Ensure engineering, construction, and connection are completed on schedule and budget.
* Coordinate FID package preparation and manage project timelines using tools like Gantt charts.
* Manage project budgets and financial KPIs, maintaining governance.
* Lead and coordinate project teams and stakeholder communication.
* Support procurement strategies and oversee construction activities.
* Negotiate contracts and manage variations or claims.
* Coordinate project financing and offtake strategies with respective teams.
* Maintain high HSE standards and quality assurance in collaboration with relevant departments.
* Handover completed assets to Operations at PAC.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years in project management roles within infrastructure or energy sectors.
* Degree in renewables, engineering, planning, environmental, or sustainability studies.
* Experience in renewable energy project development and/or construction with a proven track record.
* Knowledge of financial indicators relevant to renewable projects.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Willingness to travel extensively within Europe.
* Pragmatic problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Leadership qualities with an empathetic approach.
* Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams.
* Valid driving license.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Experience in quality, health, and safety management during design and construction.
