Tasks
Developimplement and update processes for improvement to ensure ongoingcompliance with the relevant regulations and standards
Ensuring all regulatory policies and processes are in place todeliver compliant global products. This includes the developmentand maintenance of Cosmetic Product Information Files (PIFs) claimssubstantiation and the management of Cosmetic Product SafetyReports (CPSRs)
Commission and oversee thirdpartypartners to ensure that all products have been assessed forconsumer safety and regulatory compliance and take accountabilityfor the quality of the output
Design maintain and updateinternal guidelines and processes
Ensure all customerrequirements are met. This includes the requirements of; The VeganSociety CrueltyFree International (CFI) and Round Table forSustainable Palm Oil (RSPO)
Managing an effective globalregulatory horizon scanning process to ensure regulatory processesremainfuturefit
Requirements
Circa2 years experience as a Regulatory Specialist Regulatory ComplianceSpecialist Regulatory Technologist Regulatory Associate orequivalent title in the Cosmetics/Skincare/Personal Care industrieswith detailed knowledge and understanding of UK/EU Cosmeticregulations
Knowledge and understanding of US FDA (MoCRA)and other global regulations is a plus but not arequirement
Calm under pressure and able to balance oftenconflicting priorities
An experienced regulatory peopleleader with a proven track record of developing resultsdrivenregulatory teams
Comfortable with data handling andanalysis and creative in ways of driving value from data createdwithin the team
Previous experience working withhighstreet retailers online retailers and brands
Able toorganise/prioritise your own and the teams workload in response tobusiness priorities
Ambition and motivation hunger forsuccess and genuine responsibility
Have a good additionto detail and strong communicationskills
