Objectives and resposibilities of this role

* Setting clear goals, deadlines and reporting
* Delegation of tasks
* Managing performance through target setting, coaching and feedback
* Responsible for overseeing account management plans & portfolios
* Ensuring effective communication
* Coordinating with other departments & department leads
* Reporting on team progress and results to Director
* Enable Proactive Account Management Strategy.
* Encourage the building and nurturing of strong client relationships.
* Present data to at agreed frequency – including commercials, operational performance and clinical trends
Required Skills and qualification:
* Experience in successfully Managing a Sales and/or Customer Service Team
* Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
* Excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
