About the Role
Youll play a key part in the smooth running of day-to-day operations, providing administrative and customer support to the sales and finance teams. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and checking finance documents, including customer details and calculations.
2. Liaising with funders regarding documentation and deal completion.
3. Conducting verification calls with customers for e-sign documents.
4. Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls.
5. Processing completed paperwork such as signed documents and supplier invoices.
