This is a great opportunity, working alongside a great team. My client is a well established award winning company working with a strong pipeline of projects throughout 2025.
The Role:
* Working on Tendering and pricing of works valued from £200k up to £15m
* Prepare tender packages
* Work closely with subcontractors for procurement
* Site visits where necessary
* Cost planning
* Value Engineering where required
* Working with the client to produce competitve cost plans / tenders for the project delivery
This well established and respected contractor is looking for:
* Previous experience as a Estimator within the construction industry (My client would consider any background Eg Main Contractor, Developer or subcontractor)
* Negotiation skills
* Team Player
* Self starter and organisational skills
Role: Construction Estimator
Location: PO postcode
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Upto £65k + Mileage
