Evolve is partnering with a leading Ophthalmology organisation to appoint a HR Coordinator. In this role, you will support a full range of HR and recruitment administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This full-time position is based at our client's office in West Yorkshire.

Ideal Requirements:
* Business qualification with HR specialization preferred.
* Experience in HR, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration, is desirable.
* Good collaboration skills, relationship-building, and knowledge sharing.
* Understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners on vacancies, advertising channels, and selection methods.
* Assist managers with maternity, absence, flexible working, parental leave, and annual leave requests.
* Maintain accurate master data in CRM systems and conduct regular audits.
* Coordinate Health and Safety programs across the company.
