We’re looking for a Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Programme Senior Manager to shape an industry-leading model of sustainability, compliance, and worker wellbeing. You’ll lead the strategic and operational management of over 1,000 RSE workers — Pacific Island team members who come to New Zealand under the Recognised Seasonal Employer scheme — building systems that support long-term success and embedding a culture of care, connection, and continuous improvement.
