Head of Site Sales – Western Australia
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as the Head of Site Sales for Western Australia. This position will be responsible for leading the site sales efforts in the region, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, and driving growth through effective account management and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, preferably within the mineral processing industry, along with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a high-performing site sales team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific sites, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at mine sites, understanding their requirements and providing solutions to enhance their operations.
• Drive growth of parts and services sales to sites by collaborating with product specialists and support teams.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through internal teams, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in mineral processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Industry knowledge of mineral processing products, services, and applications.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Western Australia.
• Ability to develop sales and leadership talent within teams.
• Passion for building lasting customer and stakeholder relationships.
