A large academy in Solihull is seeking a proactive and professional HR & Recruitment Assistant to support the school’s expanding staffing operations from January 2026. The Role Working within the HR and Operations team, you will support safer recruitment and staff lifecycle processes, including: Managing recruitment adverts and candidate packs Scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment days Processing DBS, references and safeguarding checks Maintaining staff records and HR systems Supporting induction, onboarding and training logistics Assisting with HR administration, policies and staff communications The School This is a high-performing school with a strong people culture and an efficient HR team.
