Bench Joiner

The Role
As a Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for the assembly and finishing of a variety of high-end joinery products. You'll work on everything from bespoke desks and furniture to windows and doors. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble and finish high-quality joinery products, including bespoke desks, furniture, windows, and doors.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings and cutting lists with precision.
* Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising on quality.
* Collaborate with the team on larger projects and work independently on individual tasks.
* Conduct occasional on-site fittings of finished products, primarily bespoke desks.
About You
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Bench Joiner with a passion for their craft.
Required Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bench Joiner.
* A strong understanding of technical drawings and cutting lists.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
* Previous experience with site fitting is a significant advantage.
