Key Responsibilities: Maintaining office systems, including accurate data management, filing, and record keeping. Managing incoming calls, enquiries, and requests; handling communications efficiently and professionally. Coordinating and booking appointments, managing diaries, and ensuring smooth scheduling for medical experts and clients. Acting as a first point of contact, liaising with solicitors, clients, and colleagues to ensure queries are handled promptly and effectively. Providing administrative support to the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Upholding confidentiality and compliance with company and MedCo guidelines at all times. What We’re Looking For: Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English with a professional and confident telephone manner. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.
