Customer Service/Administration Assistant
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their removals team. Training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing international company.
The Role
You will be responsible for assisting customers with their overseas shipments and ensuring they receive the best possible service and fastest results.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service/Administration Assistant :
1. Providing customer care at the highest level
2. Coordinating outbound international moves
3. Dealing with export procedures, booking containers and shipments
4. Ensuring all relevant parties are kept up to date with necessary information
Experience required for a Customer Service/Administration Assistant :
* Strong customer service background
* Exceptionally organized
* Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, although training will be provided
* Technologically proficient and familiar with MS Office software
* Ability to communicate effectively with various people at different levels
