Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the estate and facilities with respect to operations, building, grounds and facility maintenance and premises health and safety policy.
2. Manage staff and ensure robust systems are in place for effective operations.
3. Liaise with external professionals for development of new space within the premises for teaching and support.
4. Manage outsourced facilities services including Catering, Cleaning and Security/Alarm monitoring.
5. Ensure IT assets are security marked and maintained, and source third party advice for compliance with GDPR and digital safeguarding.
6. Establish and maintain effective administration systems throughout the College.
7. Lead risk management and business continuity planning for College operations.
Experience - Essential Criteria:
* Experience of premises management
* Experience of contract management and managing outsourced services
* Experience of managing people and teams
* Knowledge of health and safety legislation in relation to the workplace and codes of practice
