We're looking for an engaging and operationally strong General Services Manager to lead retail, cleaning, and hospitality services on a busy workplace site.This role offers a varied mix of leadership, service delivery, and light food preparation responsibility. While this is not a chef role, the successful candidate will be comfortable preparing pre-packed hospitality items, assembling cold food, reheating delivered food, and supporting a small amount of basic cooking for hospitality menus.You will be accountable for service quality, client engagement, financial performance, and people leadership across all service streams, helping to create a professional, welcoming experience for all site users.About the RoleAs General Services Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation across retail, cleaning, and hospitality.
