The Red Bull in Cambridge is a busy pizza pub and we need a new head chef/kitchen manager to work with the GM. As the driving force behind our kitchen, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, service, safety, and team management, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards.
Duties
* Develop and execute menus
* Lead daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Ensure kitchen meets all 5* EHO standards
* Train junior staff

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
Work Location: In person
