Ward 4A is a 28‑bed acute gastroenterology unit based in the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.
Our experienced medical and nursing staff treat a diverse range of conditions, specialising in liver disease and the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal and digestive disorders.
Supporting the ward manager and the wider team includes:
* Developing leadership skills.
* Working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
* Managing sickness and absence.
* Rostering patients and staff.
* Supporting training compliance and education.
* Collaborating with the HR department.
* Maintaining quality and safety standards.
