Job Description: Snr Technology Reporting Analyst – Digital

Engineering Services and Solutions

About the Role

1. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Snr Reporting Analyst to join the Digital Engineering Services and Solutions Department responsible for ensuring high quality project status and technology reporting to snr audiences.
2. This role will be instrumental in managing and preparing snr level reports on behalf of the Departments programmes of work. The audience for such reports will be IT Planning department and the CIO reporting to C-Suite, Executive, Head Office and Board level stakeholders.
3. The role will be responsible for the creation of accurate, concise, and timely project reports which cover a broad range of topics such as strategic and transformational initiatives and the performance, risks, challenges surrounding these project s on behalf of the Digitial Engineering Services and Solutions department.
4. This is a Snr Analyst role with exposure to the Digital Engineering Services and Solutions Extended Leadership team and would offer an excellent opportunity to someone looking to build an exposure to snr leadership and executive decision making across the department.

Role Responsibilities

5. Report Management - Manage the end-to-end process of creating and preparing high quality, concise, insightful and aesthetically pleasing reports on behalf of the Digitial Engineering Services department and the departments programmes of work, which are targeted at a Snr audience
6. Executive Quality Reporting - Produce reports which are clear, concise, visual and actionable, and are aligned with the department’s priorities and projects. Ensure project status reports are tailored for Snr Leadership audiences, whilst maintaining consistent messaging.
7. Technology and Financial Services Knowledge - Maintain a broad understanding of Infrastructure technologies and Service Operations and financial services industry to contextualise data and provide meaningful insights for a snr audience
8. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management - Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and more to gather relevant data and insights required for reports. Serve as key liaison point to deliver consistent messaging across teams
9. Continuous Improvement - Leverage automation and process improvement xp to continuously improve the reporting process and tools, ensuring reporting is efficient, timely, and meets the evolving needs of the organisation

Key Skills and Attributes

10. XP – minimum 4+ years in a consulting, reporting, strategy, business analyst or similar role. Preferably within financial services and technology sectors.
11. Proactive Problem Solving – strong critical thinking skills with ability to independently and proactively identify issues and solutions
12. Organisation & Attention to Detail – strong organisation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports produced
13. Communication – excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex scenarios into concise, meaningful messaging for a snr audience
14. Presentation & Visualisation – xp using PowerBI or similar reporting tools to create impactful, effective visual reports
15. Simplification & Automation – ability to identify process inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions
16. Industry Knowledge – conceptual understanding of technology management, IT risk and controls, and IT operations. Awareness and interest in financial services business models.
17. Professional – conduct role with a professional demeanour at all times, with the ability to interact with snr stakeholders
18. Career Aspirations – this role is ideal for an individual looking to build a career in technology and financial services, particularly in business management type roles.
