Oakleaf is proud to be partnering a leading global business in their search for a Learning Business Partner to join them. This role will sit in their Customer Service Group reporting into the Head of Learning.
The Role:
This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of learning and development strategies that align with organisational objectives. The position works collaboratively with multiple business areas to identify capability needs, design and deliver effective learning solutions, and evaluate their impact on individual and organisational performance.
A key focus for the role is successful business partnering, connecting the learning experience with business performance, as well as strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned to organisational goals.
2. Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to designated business areas, identifying skill gaps and learning opportunities for teams and individuals.
