Job Description
* Support the Quality Manager and deputise in his absence (hosting 3rd party and customer audits).
* Assist in maintaining the company Quality Management System and compliance with appropriate standards.
* Complete internal audits and special process workstation assessments as per schedule and produce reports.
* Follow up internal departments regarding NCRs raised from external/internal sources.
* Conduct supplier assessments, audits & draft Quality Plans and Method Statements.
* Control the release of technical documents to production and complete customer FAI’s.
* Maintain the calibration system and support mechanical inspector at the goods inwards department.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experience in Quality Assurance techniques and ability to make recommendations.
* Fully conversant with measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
