What You’ll Do
* Oversee the daily running of our Aberdeen service
* Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations
* Recruit, train, and support our amazing team of carers
* Carry out assessments, care planning, and quality reviews
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local professionals
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real difference — every single day.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within domiciliary/home care
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* A strong understanding of Care Inspectorate standards
* Excellent people, communication, and organisational skills
* A compassionate and proactive approach to care
