As a Recruitment Consultant, you will provide a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a successful industrial recruitment desk
* Source, attract, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates
* Deliver a consultative recruitment service tailored to client needs
* Manage high-volume industrial recruitment campaigns
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Consistently achieve branch targets and contribute to overall team performance
* Develop a strong understanding of client requirements to deliver effective workforce solutions
* Utilise networking and sourcing strategies to identify the best talent
* Provide professional and transparent guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
About You
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
* Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
* Flexible and willing to support recruitment activity outside standard working hours when required
* Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
* A positive team player who actively supports colleagues and shares knowledge
* Previous recruitment experience is advantageous; however, full training will be provided
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
