THE POSITION: Plan, supervise, and monitor food production and menu for high-volume catering and functions across multiple corporate sites Establishing strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure best price and quality of produce Communicate effectively with culinary team to ensure clear understanding of tasks and goals Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
