Awesome people are crucial to making our clubs run smoothly. Working alongside the Leisure Club Manager, you’ll keep our clubs operating efficiently.
It’s your job to keep our members happy through effective fitness processes and a commitment to customer excellence. Plus, collaborate with our dedicated fitness team to ensure you get the best out of those around you.
The Role
* You will manage our team of freelance group exercise staff to ensure delivery of top-quality classes.
* As a natural leader, you’ll understand what makes a gym great and motivate your team to excel through engaging fitness journeys, vibrant classes, and personal training. You will upskill your team using technology like Myzone & Mywellness and support their development with high-caliber training from Les Mills, Hiit Company, Zumba, and more.
* You’re highly organized, capable of multitasking to cover coaching, managing class schedules, and maintaining key fitness operations.
* You’ll foster an environment aligned with our standards of service, exceeding customer expectations.
* You will implement cost control measures without compromising quality.
* You’ll ensure the department operates efficiently with trained staff to meet business needs and health & safety standards.
* You will assist members and prospects courteously and professionally, monitoring satisfaction through feedback, and resolving complaints in the absence of the Leisure Club Manager.
* You are passionate about helping others perform their best, whether members reaching goals or team members building careers in fitness. We support each other.
