Commercial Litigation Managing Associate - Up to £95,000 salary
The firm’s top-tier Legal 500 ranked team advises a prestigious client base, including FTSE 100 companies, major financial institutions, and global corporations, across a wide range of complex and high-value disputes.
Key areas of work include contractual and commercial disputes, shareholder, partnership, and joint venture conflicts, fraud and asset recovery matters, contentious regulatory issues, investigations into bribery, corruption, and white-collar crime, as well as contentious insolvency and financial litigation.
You will work closely with market-leading partners, contributing to the continued growth and success of the department while developing your own expertise in managing large-scale litigation and cross-border matters. The role also provides an opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers, enhancing your leadership skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Candidate
* 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution from a top-tier or recognised firm
* A proven ability to manage a complex and high-value caseload
* Strong technical expertise in key areas of commercial disputes, with a focus on delivering excellent client outcomes
* Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
* A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a commitment to excellence
* Experience in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers is desirable
