Psychology Graduate Opportunity – SEN Support Role in Worthing
Are you a psychology graduate passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We're looking for dedicated individuals to support pupils with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream primary schools across Worthing .
Role Details:
* Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, term-time only
* Location: Worthing
* Focus: 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN including autism, ADHD, emotional and behavioural needs
* Ideal for psychology graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in educational settings
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine interest in child development and inclusive education
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning
* Experience with SEN (personal, academic, or voluntary) is highly valued
* A DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Commitment to at least one full academic term
