You’ll inspire and challenge learners, foster debate, and provide constructive feedback to enhance their progress. Key responsibilities include: Delivering engaging lessons that develop learners’ Maths & English skills Supporting learner engagement and achieving organisational targets Marking, assessing and giving feedback to support learner development Providing information, advice and guidance throughout the learner journey Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards Ideal Candidate You’ll be a skilled and enthusiastic educator with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
