The Global Performance Measurement team is responsible for the oversight and calculation of the investment performance across Invesco’s product lines.In addition, they are responsible for the regulatory oversight in EMEA.

Performance Analyst – Join Invesco’s Global Performance Measurement Team!
Location: Henley-on-Thames (EMEA Headquarters)
The Global Performance Measurement team is responsible for the oversight and calculation of investment performance across Invesco’s product lines and regulatory oversight in EMEA.
We are looking for a Performance Analyst who will ensure the timely and accurate production of performance data, deliver analysis for regular and ad hoc requests, and collaborate with global performance teams. You’ll also contribute to system developments related to performance information.
You Will Be Responsible For:
10. Performance Calculation & Analysis – Daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance across regions; assist stakeholders in interpreting results and KPIs
11. Data Management – Validate and maintain performance data; work with IT on system enhancements
12. Compliance & Standards – Ensure adherence to GIPS and regulatory requirements, support audits
13. Reporting & Analysis – Prepare reports for stakeholders and regulators; develop dashboards and automation tools
14. Collaboration – Partner with portfolio managers and global teams to improve processes
What you can bring:
15. Experience in performance measurement or similar financial roles (fund accounting, pricing, finance)
16. Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical skills
17. Understanding of KPIs and performance measurement tools
18. Knowledge of investment accounting and asset management
19. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Helpful technical skills: SQL for data queries, Python or VBA for automation, and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
22. Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
