Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analysis skills, with a strong background in financial services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively managing inquiries related to our services.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have.
* Utilise crmto track customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records of communications.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
* Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
* Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of financial services products to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Experience

* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, preferably within the financial services sector.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
