Job Title: Senior CRM Manager
Role Overview
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager to join their product team. This role will contribute towards the CRM strategy, ensuring high-quality client and contact data, strong adoption by legal and business teams, and meaningful insights that support client development and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management and strategic evolution of InterAction+ and HubSpot
Develop and maintain CRM best practices tailored to legal industry workflows
Partner cross-functionally to drive CRM adoption and value across the business
Oversee CRM data governance, quality, and enrichment to ensure accurate reliable inputs and valuable outputs
Deliver reporting and insights on various metrics including client engagement, relationship strength, pipeline activity, and marketing performance
Manage CRM integrations with other firm systems and products within the portfolio
Lead CRM best practice, documentation, and enablement across the business, driving adoption and advocacy
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and legal industry regulations
About you
Demonstrated experience managing InterAction+ and HubSpot in a legal services environment (other CRM tools within the legal industry will also be considered i.e. Clio)
Strong understanding of legal CRM use cases, including relationship mapping, contact management, and client development
Experience supporting business users, business development, and marketing stakeholders
Knowledge of marketing automation, lifecycle programs, and reporting within the tools
Strong data management, governance, and CRM operations expertise
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change-management skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity and helping teams shape solutions collaboratively
