Including repair, overhaul and new build. About the Role: The Material Control and Data Administration Coordinator supports the accurate flow of material information, documentation, and traceability across the business. The coordinator helps maintain reliable SAGE records, updates stock movements, and ensures that all material documentation is captured correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure required documentation, including test certificates, is received before materials arrive on site. - Prepare certificate packs in advance to support timely release of materials to the shop floor. - Maintain accurate material records in SAGE, including stock movements, adjustments, and transaction updates. - Run simple SAGE reports when requested, such as stock status or shortages, when required. - Keep material transactions current and ensure SAGE reflects real time movements. - Maintain organised filing systems for material documents, certificates, delivery notes, and traceability records. - Provide general administrative support to Production, Supply Chain, and Stores teams as required. Experience & Skills Required: - Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail. - Basic ERP experience, (SAGE preferred). - Good IT skills, especially Excel for simple data tasks, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Planner). - Clear communication to support coordination between teams. - Organised approach to managing documents and routine tasks. - Ability to follow processes and identify basic discrepancies. - Willingness to learn, including how to review test certificates. - Excellent communication, planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
