Join Our Lifeguard Team at Splash Waterworld!
As a lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pool and on the flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, helping create unforgettable moments for our guests.
About You

* Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
* Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
* Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently.
Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You’ll be an important part of our team! If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic. If not, don’t worry! If you can pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to start your lifeguarding career by enrolling you in the NPLQ course.
Swim Test Requirement:
If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
* Treading water
* Surface diving
* Climbing out of the pool unaided
Applicants under 18 will need parental consent to take part in the swim test.
