Van/Ground Maintenance Driver - Temp to Perm - Weybridge (KT13) Annual Salary: £25,400 Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00 Are you looking for a hands-on, active role with variety in your day? The Best Connection Staines is currently recruiting for a Van Driver/Ground Maintenance Operative to join our client's team on a prestigious and well-known private estate in Weybridge - KT13. This is an ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity, offering stability, full training, and a great working environment.
Key Responsibilities: Escorting HGVs to and from construction and maintenance areas on the estate Collecting and delivering maintenance tools and materials across the site Supporting the Grounds Team with general estate upkeep: mowing, hedge trimming, and tree maintenance Clear and professional communication using radio systems Working collaboratively with team members and assisting across various tasks as required Understanding that this is not solely a driving role - active participation in ground maintenance is essential Requirements: Valid Cat B Driving Licence (maximum 6 minor points) Must be 21 or over (for insurance purposes) Previous ground maintenance experience is preferred, but not essential - full training will be provided Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills What's in it for you?
