The Role
As an Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact consulting projects that shape how organisations define, evaluate, and evolve their job structures. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to support the design and implementation of job architecture frameworks, career paths, and levelling guides.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of client projects focused on job architecture, role design, and career frameworks
* Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform project recommendations
* Collaborate with clients to understand their organisational structure, challenges, and goals
* Assist in developing job families, levelling frameworks, and role descriptions
* Contribute to internal knowledge-building and thought leadership initiatives
* Work cross-functionally with other consultants and subject matter experts
About You
* Experience in HR, organisational design, consulting, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a scale-up environment
* Familiarity with job architecture, levelling frameworks, or compensation benchmarking is a plus
