Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Nights (Part-Time)
Location: South Bristol / Chew Valley area
Hours: 25 hours per week, 19:00 – 07:30, weekends on rota
Pay: £20.00 per hour
The Role We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our night team in a friendly, family-run nursing & residential care home. You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting the wellbeing of residents throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the night shift, ensuring safe and effective care delivery
* Complete and review person-centred care plans
* Administer medications and manage clinical interventions
* Support care staff, offering guidance and supervision
* Maintain accurate records and handovers
What We’re Looking For
* Valid NMC PIN (RGN)
* Experience in a care home setting (preferred)
* Strong clinical decision-making skills
* Empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication
* UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
