Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:
* Experience with Informix database (11.70 and newer)
* Proficient in Unix and Linux systems administration
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Perl, C, and Java
Responsibilities:
* Support Informix Database platforms, including troubleshooting, monitoring, optimization/tuning of system performance, security, and reporting
* Participate in on-call rota for 24/7 fourth-line support
* Automate all support activities, including backups, patching, and script deployments
