The Role
This role forms part of the firm’s acclaimed Employment Team, comprising over 30 employment law and HR specialists. The successful candidate will provide expert investigation and ER consultancy support to a broad client base across sensitive and often high-profile matters.
The Responsibilities of the Investigations & Employee Relations Consultant:
1. Lead and support complex workplace investigations
2. Conduct interviews with professionalism and empathy
3. Analyse evidence and produce high-quality, impartial reports
