Associate / Associate Director - Sustainability & Energy
Reading | Hybrid Working | Up to £75k
A growing building performance consultancy is looking to hire an Associate / Associate Director to take a leading role across energy, sustainability and building physics projects.
The Role
You’ll be:
* Leading technical delivery across multiple projects
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and design teams
* Overseeing and reviewing energy modelling and building physics work
* Producing and lodging Non‑Domestic EPCs
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What They’re Looking For
* Strong background in building physics / energy modelling
* Level 5 NDEA (able to lodge EPCs)
* Experience in a consultancy environment
* Confident in a client‑facing, leadership role
Desirable
* Daylighting / sunlight analysis
* Passivhaus / PHPP experience
