Debt Recoveries Administrator

What you will do
* Manage accounts through our internal debt recovery process
* Contact customers to collect payments and negotiate payment plans
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to reduce aged debt
* Actively manage allocated tickets and maintain data accuracy
* Handle the write-off process in line with delegated levels of authority
* Prepare legal packs and manage customers in insolvency and dissolution's
* Support the disconnections team with ticketing and telephony assistance
What you will bring to the role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational skills
* Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Skilled in verbal reasoning and managing conflicting priorities
* Capable of handling difficult customer interactions professionally
* A team player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels
* Knowledgeable about the legal claims process/experienced in legal practice, insolvency administration, or debt recovery in a similar industry would be desirable
* Familiar with the energy industry is desirable
* GCSE or equivalent qualification specifically in Maths in English
