We are representing a nationally recognised Fire & Security solutions provider, looking to hire an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire and security systems across a variety of commercial sites in your local area, ensuring compliance, reliability, and excellent customer service.

* Basic Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
* On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities - Fire and Security Service Engineer
As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, your role will include:
* Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Access Control systems
* Performing reactive callouts and fault diagnostics
* Planning and completing daily service visits in your assigned area
* Ensuring all work meets industry compliance standards
* Keeping accurate reports using the company CRM
* Managing van stock levels and working with logistics for restocking
* Attending team meetings and relevant technical training
* Identifying personal development opportunities and upskilling where needed
Requirements - Fire and Security Service Engineer
* Background in electrical or electronic engineering (or similar)
* Proven experience servicing fire and/or security systems
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Previous customer-facing experience preferred
* Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota
