As the Marketing Manager you will be instrumental in driving company growth by ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing brand visibility. You will lead the conception and execution of marketing campaigns, balancing immediate tasks with long-term strategies, while closely collaborating with senior leadership.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will mentor a Marketing Executive to elevate their skills, oversee team workload prioritisation, and guide efforts towards achieving the company's commercial objectives. You'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various departments such as Finance, Customer Support, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Quality, and IT; facilitating a thorough understanding of our business operation.
This role offers significant exposure and advancement opportunities within both our UK and USA businesses.
Qualifications And Skills
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B lead generation Marketing role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
* Project management experience.
* Ability to multitask and make decisions.
* Metrics-driven mind-set with a creative eye.
* Experience with CRM and marketing integration, preferably MS Dynamics.
* Experience of building data lists and executing successful outbound campaigns
* Proficiency with online marketing tools and social networking sites.
* Familiarity with WordPress and Adobe Suite.
* Proficient in Google Tools, including GA and GSC.
* Design skills using tools like Canva and InDesign to develop high performing asset.
* Adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
* Experience presenting to board-level executives.
* Desire to stay updated on new techniques and best practices.
* Some involvement or knowledge of sales.
* Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
