Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
4. Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
6. Manage correspondence via email and phone
7. Assist with event planning and coordination
8. Support with the creation of reports and presentations
9. Handle confidential information with discretion
10. Maintain a high level of organisation within the office environment
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
11. Experience in an administrative or secretarial role
12. Ideally will have experience in the construction sector
13. Strong organisational and time management skills
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
16. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
17. Capability to work collaboratively within a team
