In London, with hybrid working, they’re looking to hire an experienced SRE and Support Engineer, with good experience of Solace (PubSub+), to join them and drive the growth of this area.
Working in a small, agile, Messaging team, you’ll have real ownership over your work and be regarded as the technical expert in London.
As well as the day to day, you’ll have the opportunity to work on expanding monitoring and automation with projects across Grafana and Prometheus, data centre and hardware projects and even networking and latency.

Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day SRE and production support in a 24/7 enterprise environment.
* Administer Solace (PubSub+) and work with distributed systems.
* Contribute to monitoring and automation projects using Grafana and Prometheus.
* Engage in data centre, hardware, networking, and latency-related initiatives.
Qualifications
* Excellent background in SRE / production support, ideally in a 24/7 enterprise environment.
* Experience administering Solace.
* Experience working with distributed systems.
* Good understanding of networking, latency, and failover strategy.
* Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
* Experience with capacity management, performance tuning, and system scaling.
* Familiarity with Linux and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
* Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Cloud and automation would be ideal.
