Key Responsibilities: - As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, your role will involve: - Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities and play. - Assisting with daily routines, including meals, toileting, and transitions between activities. - Preparing and setting up creative and educational activities across the nursery rooms. - Contributing to the implementation of the key person approach, helping build strong relationships with children and families. - Monitoring and recording children's progress through observations and learning journals. - Promoting children’s physical and emotional wellbeing in a safe and secure environment. - Supporting the team with housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organised setting. - Following nursery safeguarding, health & safety, and behaviour management policies. Training and Development: This apprenticeship includes: - A fully funded Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, delivered by Professional Training Solutions. - A blend of on-site training, online learning, and dedicated study time, tailored to suit your needs. - Ongoing support from a dedicated tutor and nursery mentor. - Functional Skills in English and Maths will be provided if not already achieved at Level 2.
