Product Marketing Manager Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Location: Hybrid (ideally 4 days on-site, 1 day from home) Industry: Construction / Building Products We're looking for a creative and collaborative Product Marketer / Product Marketing Manager to join our close-knit team and help shape how our products are positioned in the market. You'll work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to make sure our products truly meet customer needs and stand out for all the right reasons. What you'll be doing Define how our products make a real difference for customers and the wider industry. Create messaging and campaigns that tell a story - not just sell a product. Lead engaging product launches, from concept to completion. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth flow from product idea to customer success. Develop clear and inspiring materials (landing pages, presentations, blogs, and sales support). Understand what customers value most through research and feedback. Support sales teams with content, training, and tools to help them succeed. Partner with customer success to ensure onboarding and retention are seamless. Measure what's working and celebrate the wins together. What we're looking for Experience in product marketing, ideally within the construction sector or related fields (e.g., products that move air, gas, or water). Someone who enjoys teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning. Previous management experience is a bonus but not essential - we'll support you to grow into the role. Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
