Cavendish has been instructed by a top 10 security service provider to identify a Security Operations Manager (Graduate calibre) to oversee a corporate portfolio within the City and Central London. You'll be managing a multi-million-pound security (Guarding) portfolio, responsible for overseeing operations and nurturing strong client relationships. Focussing on providing a high-end customer service experience adapting to clients bespoke requirements and delivering on KPIs. Contract growth and retention are key and go hand in hand with innovation and the introduction of solution-based thinking to obstacles. Provide high end security service. Maximise performance of the team through positive and effective leadership, combined with support and coaching. Strategy implementation. Process Improvement Compliance/Audit Ensure all company and legislative Health & Safety requirements are achieved. Achieve and improve financial targets. Full P&L responsibility, budget setting, KPI setting and management. Essential qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confident communicator with senior management and at board level. An ability to innovate and delegate to implementation. Commercial acumen with budgeting. Additional requirements: SIA License Good health and safety knowledge and ideally IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH. 1-3 years of relevant experience operating at a management level. Proven track record of successfully managing teams in a commercial, customer facing role within a security service provider capacity. Desirable: Graduate Nice but not essential. Location: London Area
