A growing private client practice is seeking an ambitious and forward‑thinking Legal Director or Partner to play a key role in its future development. This opportunity involves advising high‑net‑worth individuals, families and trustees on complex, high‑value matters while helping to drive the evolution and growth of a dynamic team.
Role Requirements:
* Advise on the full range of private client matters including wills, trusts, estates, succession planning, inheritance tax and powers of attorney
* Lead on complex and high‑value instructions, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and referrers
* Take an active role in shaping and growing the Private Client offering
* Drive business development and profile‑raising initiatives
* Mentor and support junior colleagues within the team
Experience:
* Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
* Commercially minded with clear ambition to grow a practice and contribute to the wider business
Skills:
* Extensive experience in private client work, including complex estates and wealth planning
* Confident managing matters independently and operating effectively at senior level
