Product Designer (UX/UI Focus)
High-End Travel Brand | £55,000 - £65,000 | Full-time or 4 days per week | Permanent or 12-month FTC - URGENT ROLE !!!
My client, a high-end travel brand, is seeking a talented Product Designer to join their team and drive forward their digital transformation. While the title is Product Designer, this role is focused on UX/UI design, working closely with the in-house development team to enhance digital experiences.
As the sole designer initially, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact their digital presence, with potential for team growth as they continue to expand their digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead UX/UI design with an even 50/50 split between user experience and interface design
* Focus primarily on improving booking journeys and e-commerce experiences
* Design with accessibility in mind, particularly considering our older demographic
* Collaborate closely with in-house developers
* Work within the constraints and opportunities of their existing digital infrastructure
Skills and experience :
* Strong UX/UI design experience with clean, process-driven case studies
* Experience with booking journeys and ecommerce design (essential)
* Accessibility design knowledge and experience
* Available to start ASAP (maximum 1 month notice period)

Interview Process:
1. First Stage: 45-minute call with Head of Ecommerce
2. Second Stage: In-person office visit with presentation on relevant topic
3. Possible Third Stage (permanent roles only): Call with senior team member
